Tidal Telecom provides a suite of services including consulting services, cost evaluation, contract review, network design, best practices, management services, and rate negotiation. We have access to hundreds of rate decks and product guides to ensure that you will get one of the lowest rates for your Telecom Services using our services.
- Do we provide Telecom Services?
No, we provide you services through many reputable providers. Using our services does not lock you into buying services from one or two of the major Telecom providers. We have access to big, small, and medium sized Telecom providers giving you options for pricing, vendor strength, and quality. Depending on your needs, we match you with several fits to give you options.
- Our Goal
Telecom services does not need to by complex, unfortunately the big Telecom carriers lead you otherwise. They offer you complex solutions with invoices that are extremely complex to understand, let alone correct. Ever read a Tariff? Probably not, nor should you have to. We negotiate on the Customer’s behalf for simple terms, no commitments when possible, and easy billing. We have spent many hours finding Telecom providers that can offer these terms to our Customers.
